About Me

Who am I?

Hello, my name is Jenny Frye. I am a mental health advocate and blogger who found my voice after overcoming mental illness and childhood trauma.

My experiences have ignited a passion to inspire others through telling my story of being a victim of abuse at the age of 6 years old. It was a 15 year battle of sexual, physical, mental, and emotional abuse with people who were supposed to protect me.

By sharing my story with others, which you can find on my blog website. https://mystoryisfarfromover.blog/

Through sharing my story with others via social media and in public, I have gained so much support from people all over the world. Through my writing, I hope to empower those struggling with similar challenges, demonstrating that recovery and a fulfilling life are possible.

My vision

To help create a space where people can feel confident and comfortable enough to discuss their mental health openly and confidently, and without fear. I hope to build strong connections with others who have also suffered trauma and abuse.

I want to be able to support communities and uplift, encourage, and inspire them to achieve mental wellness, as well as reach their goal of recovery.

“LIFE IS 10% OF WHAT YOU’VE BEEN THROUGH, BUT 90% OF IT IS HOW YOU CHOOSE TO REACT TO IT.
